Ways to pay your premium

Premium Payment – simple, convenient and secure. Choose the option that best suits you below.

Our portal provides a secure way to pay your premium using your debit or credit card no matter where you are in the world. All you need to do is:

  • Log in to myMetLife.
  • On your policy displayed, Click on “Pay Now”. This button will only appear when the premium is due
  • Under the “Payments” tab, click “Pay Premium”.
  • Read the ePayment declaration and click “I Agree”. Please ensure you do not have any Standing Instruction with any bank for the premium payment.
  • Enter your card details and click “Pay Now”. You will receive a transaction successful message from the Amazon gateway.
  • Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted for online payments.

Proof of Transfer

Once the transfer is complete, please send a copy of the transfer slip through our contact form under ‘Inquiry’

The transfer slip will allow us to allocate the premium payment to your policy (ies). Without the slip, the transferred amount will remain pending.

Notes:

  • Please make sure to mention your Policy number on the Transfer Slip.
  • When making a Swift International Transfer, you should select the transfer fee as “OUR” to avoid Banks deducting additional fees for your transfer after completing your payment
The below is applicable only for myMetLife portal. It is slightly different for mobile app.
  1. Log in to your myMetLife account.
  2. Click on Subscribe option appearing in  the green box / frame for the policy that you wish to pay for. If you cannot see this button, you will need to activate it. To do so you have to first pay the premium normally by clicking on “Pay premium” button. Once that payment is done, thereafter the subscribe button will appear.
  3. Select an autopayment date , which is a preferred date for auto debit from your card. Click on “Next”
  4. Add your card details. You may choose an already saved card or add a new card. We accept Mastercard or Visa. Click on “Next”. You will get a Popup “Subscription successful”


There will be a 1 USD charged for authorizing a new card but this charge will be reversed.

Please ensure to update your card details prior to its expiry date

A traditionalist? There’s nothing wrong with walking into our office to pay your premium.

For cheque/check payments:

Pay directly at one of the MetLife's sales offices or through a MetLife Collector via:

  • Crossed cheque in the name of “American Life Insurance Company”.

For debit or credit card payments:

Walk in and pay directly at one of the MetLife sales offices with your Debit or Credit Card.

For Mobile App
 
  • Log in to your myMetLife account in your mobile.
  • Click on “E-payments Due”
  • Click on the green “Setup Auto-Pay” button. If you cannot see this button, you will need to activate it. To do so you have to first pay the premium by click on ‘EPay’ button. Once complete the “Setup Auto-Pay” button will appear.
  • Select an autopayment date which is a preferred date for auto debit from your card.
  • Add your card details. You may choose an already saved card or add a new card. We accept Mastercard or Visa.
  • Read the ePayment declaration and click “I Agree”. Please ensure you do not have any Standing Instruction with any bank for the premium payment
  • Click next you will get a Popup “Subscription successful”
